“Our stay was during the rainy month of late October and even though the weather was drizzly. The surrounding trees allowed us to enjoy the outside space as much as possible. Trips to the hot tub, outhouse, and outside kitchen were protected from the rain drops by the majestic canopy. The inside space was the perfect respite from wind and rain. We enjoyed our escape from home.”

“The wall of windows looking out at Skagit River was spectacular. Having that view from the spacious living room/dining area with its fireplace, exposed rock-faced chimney, and comfy sofas made it a wonderful place to relax. With the cabin's proximity to town, we got take-out so we could dine in the beautiful cabin instead! The cabin is dog-friendly with its fenced yard, and it was just a short walk to the public trail down to the shoreline of the river. ”

“Great spot, and a wonderful place to stay with your spouse, we enjoyed the spot and the layout and amenities. Was very hot at night with heat off and ceiling fan on high, even so we had to have both loft windows opened enjoying the winter breeze. Wifi is absolutely terrible. Very hard to stream anything. I could suggest to owners to upgrade this. Hot tub was excellent. Maybe a second suggestions is to have a some basics like wine glasses, however the host was prompt to bring some to us. ……

“We've stayed in Glacier several times, but first time at this property. We loved the location and amenities like the hot tub and fire pit! The kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed for a longer stay where we did more cooking. Overall, we would definitely return for another stay!”

Some other little things in the cabin could use replacing/fixes to truly be a “luxurious” stay but otherwise fantastic architectural and location.”

“The area around Mt. Baker has limited infrastructure, but Sunwater Resort is a refreshing exception. Located just 30 minutes from the ski resort, it’s an excellent base for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts, offering great amenities like a pool, hot tub, and sauna. The condo was clean and well-equipped with essential kitchen appliances and utensils. It’s also a great choice for families, with both indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids. Highly recommend!”

“Check in process was easy. Directions were perfect. Cabin was clean. A little too warm upstairs during the day, even with air on but cooled off at evening time for sleeping.”

“This is the best hotel/rental house I have ever been. The WHOLE cabin (yes, not just the room) is super clean and spacious. It also has its own entrance and front & back yards. We stayed there for 2 nights. The weather wasn't nice the second day, so we were not able to hike in the North Cascade NP in the morning. We stayed in the cabin, and my 3 and 5 year-old boys were very entertained as we were able to do a lot of activities (e.g. Board games, switch's sports, tiny baseball game on the……
