“Our occasional get together of old college friends was perfectly suited to this location - ample bedrooms / bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room. Nice central location for friends coming in from NJ, NH, MA and CT. Property was clean and well-kept, and a person shoveled the snow before we even got outside the next morning. Thanks again, Dan.”

“I highly recommend this property!It is a quaint old house. Listing photos are 100% accurate. and there everything you need.Kitchen has dishware, utensils, mugs, glassware, cookware, etc.Plenty of towels, bed linens, pillows. Full bathroom with bathtub & shower. Everything worked perfectly. The owner Dorothy is very helpful and available for questions. “Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was within walking distance of many attractions and was very comfortable. The hosts left bagels and cereal, along with coffee, milk and snack mix we would book this stay again in the future. ”

“We had a fabulous weekend in beautiful downtown Wickford! It was more room than the four of us needed and it worked out great. Derek was very responsive and made sure we had no problems. ”

“My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time.……
