It’s situated above the main roadway so you will hear traffic and a good bit of the bikers passing through. We didn’t mind. “What a great stay! This 3 bed/2 bath apartment below the owners home was such a beautiful and comfy place to stay on Lake Keowee. It's brand new and so clean! The King bed I slept in was very comfy and the blackout pull down shades were awesome. Water pressure and included shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great; towels (and the whole place!) smelled so yummy, and I appreciated so much the little labels on the light switches and in kitchen.
