“This property is beautiful, clean, the two of us girls felt very safe, it was comfortable, communication was great and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to be! On day 1 we watched the Fixer Upper episode (season 3, ep. 2) from the living room of the “brick house” which was so much fun! We did all things Magnolia, went antiquing and had pedicures in swings!Thanks for a great experience all around!”

“This craftsman home is gorgeous! Clearly someone took a lot of time and love to restore it to what it is today. My husband, brother, and sister-in-law all commented that we wanted to live in that home and wished we could move it to our respective cities. The home is so comfortable, you'll feel like it's your own. While there is plenty to do in the area, we stayed close to home and there was plenty there to entertain us. Croquet, board games, cards. “This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time!”

“This house is so cute! The beds are comfy, the decor beautiful, the backyard is so big and fun! I stayed here while picking up my college kid, and made dinner for his friends in the kitchen. The kitchen/dining area were perfect for hosting, and the house was easy to find. We had a little bit of trouble with the lock box upon arrival, but the host was quick to answer our call and help us to find a solution. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Is just the beginning! What a lovely, sparkling clean home! Our Host Jodi was so accommodating and her communication back and forth with us was fantastic. From complimentary s’mores to bottled water and a welcome bottle of wine upon arrival, our experience at Urban exceeded our expectations! Not to mention, the Silos were visible from the kitchen window! Great property!!”

“very nice place! clean, well appointed, just a few minutes from the university (Law School Graduation) loved the coffee bar and the availability of recycling! lots of cooking dishes, beds were nice. I'd just mention that the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all not even noise! WIFI was intermittent we assumed due to the recent storms, but no big deal! LOVED YOUR PLACE!! If we are ever in Waco your place would be our first choice!! ”

“Had family come into town for a HS Graduation and this quaint house was perfect. Big open area(Kitchen/Dinning Room/Living Room) was perfect for our family gathering. The hot tub/spa was nice and the secure parking was a bonus. This fit perfect for the 10 of us. The requirements for departure was very simple and easy. If the need arises again we will reserve this place without hesitation. Good job with your rental team. Thanks again”
