“We celebrated a 40th birthday party in Waco and chose this property for the space and the pool. The property was very clean, easy to access, and located near a lot of things to do. We asked if we could check in early and the host was very accommodating and checked with the cleaners. The pool was even bigger than we were expecting. The only thing to be aware of is that the area the home is located in is “in transition” and the neighborhoods were a little concerning and I wouldn’t have walked……

“Decided to do a quick get-away for our Anniversary within 2 hours of Dallas. We had never been to Waco, always passed through. We had settled on Poppy & Rye due to the unbelievable photos the host had posted on vrbo. We were not disappointed- at all. Host thought of everything. It was so welcoming and we loved the blueberry scones and amazing smelling candle that was lit for our arrival and the best part, we didnt need to bring anything but our clothes. Great location, very clean, beautiful……
