“We were here for a conference and stayed at this beautiful VRBO! The host was so welcome and accommodating and we had no problems at all. The space is beautiful and it is super conveniently located. ”

“The house was perfect in every way. It was clean and all full stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stunning and fully stocked. Walkable to Magnolia that was the main purpose of going to Waco very safe neighborhood and perfect all around ”

“The house was immaculate clean, and cute decor but the house is alittle run down. The neighborhood is older and houses across the street looked well taken care of but, the neighbors on both sides of this house need some attention. One looked abandoned and the other is lived in but not taken care of. Bed was cumfy but we didn’t sleep either night,We could hear loud traffic during both nights and a neighbor had a barking dog. The master shades do not fit the windows well and had sheer curtains. ”

“A cute little house in a great location for accessing most of downtown Waco! We were able to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions on our list! Plenty of street lights so we felt comfortable walking home from dinner even as it started getting dark. We ways travel with white noise machines, so had no trouble with street noise. Highly recommend! ”
