“The front desk service is really nice ”

“I had the best 2 days in one of the river side rooms. I was there on a staycation by myself and it was so peaceful in the morning with my coffee on the balcony. The room was updated and beautiful inside and still smelled brand new. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great stay. ”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to help as long as you could find them. When i arrived I couldnt find the front desk attendant who was in a back room and there was no sign or bell to ring to alert her of my presence. Another guest had been waiting for 10 minutes. Someone in the lobby, who had been visisting with others went and knocked on the office door when she realized we were waiting for help. It would be great to put some sort of call button out. Also, the wifi was down and……

“Hot tub was broke. The rest was great! ”

“We took long time to check in. And when we found the key was not workable, we spent long time to wait for helping. Breakfast was very bad. When we entered restaurant at 8am,we found almost no food there, as well as no utensils. We had to walk to McDonald to eat.”
