“The property is in a village with a small supermarket, bar, coffee shop and restaurant. However, I would recommend you have a car to access a greater variety of amenities and the beach. There were very few international tourists, although the the area is popular with Greeks. If you expect a tourist hot spot such on many of the the Greek Islands you will be disappointed. Most restaurants did have English menus but not all so you may need to use Google translate - if you don't speak Greek of……

“Nice, clean apartment literally in front of the beach (just walking through the garden). Balcony with unobstructed view to the sea. Fully equiped kitchen. Wifi available, thought there were frequent disconnections. Very nice for a small family. The owner was responsive through sms and always helpful. “Excellent stand alone house. Very stylish and comfortable. Two bedrooms with a Queen and then double beds. Log fire! Large lounge with a beautiful white horse that lives right next to the house- who is very friendly. Very quiet location in a lovely quiet village. Excellent greek meal in the village square walking distance from house. We stayed in the middle of summer, so if there were some fans or airconditioning available that would be even better. We didn't know how to turn on the thermostat.……
