“I arrived last in the evening and found the doors locked. I called the reception desk and was let in. The Hotel is clean and comfortable But has no restaurant and there was no Breakfast service. In fairness this information is on the hotel web site and had I paid greater attention. I likely would not have booked a room after a 220km drive and arriving late I did not want to go looking for a restaurant and instead went into the Supermarket next door for bread and meats and cheese to eat in the……

“Walk to train station and a cafe in station for quick breakfast. Not a congested area. Staff were lovely. Appreciated that signs were in English as well. Location is not a congested area. Parking was convenient Room was attractive and sufficient in size. Sitting loung in reception area. Supermarket was walking distance. ”

“Zeer tevreden over ontvangst, kamer en het ontbijt. Geschikte parkeergelegenheid.”

“A little difficulty as I arrived, had to phone the reception, well I was with a colleague who spoke German- so we entered after being given a password. If on my own would be a problem as my telephone had stopped- roaming exhausted on the drive. However, all sorted - it would have been easier if there was someone on reception.”

“Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt. Alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkhaus direkt über einen Aufzug erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben uns mit Freunden getroffen und hier war die Möglichkeit kurzfristig noch zwei Plätze beim Frühstück zu bekommen, obwohl alles schon ausgebucht war. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Das Schwimmbad war kalt. Auf meine Frage sagte ein Herr er sei heute noch nicht schwimmen gegangen. Mir fiel nichts mehr ein.”

“Wunderschöne neue Zimmer bequeme Betten. Bad sehr sauber Dusche ist begehbar. Restaurant macht ein sehr gutes Essen. Preis Leistung stimmt. Der Fittnesraum ist klein aber für meine Ansprüche hat er ausgereicht. Personal des Hotels sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit jederzeit wieder ! ”

“Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal dort und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Ich hatte angemerkt, dass ein Schuhanzieher im Zimmer sehr nett wäre. Am Abend lag einer im Zimmer. Super Service. Danke”

“Die von uns gebuchte Reise konnte aufgrund eines noch immer anhaltenden Krankenhausaufenthaltes nicht angetreten werden. Das Hotel verweigerte eine Gutscheinausgabe bzw. die Stornierung. Auch Expedia wurde gnadenlos abgewiesen. Eine derartige Kundendienstpolitik stellt für uns eine Unverfrorenheit dar. ”

“Sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft. Sicherlich ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen wird doch aller wünschenswerter Komfort geboten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. ”
