“We visited Schloss Neuschwanstein during the day, and stayed in the hotel. It's very nice , cosy and clean in the room. Good beer and desert in the restaurant. Had a wonderful and relax time during the stay. Highly recommended if you drive while visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein.”

“Unterkunft liegt super um Ausflüge zu machen in der Region vor allem Burg Ehrenberg und das Arial zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Apartment Betten waren super. Jede Menge kostenlose Parkplätze verfügbar. Im Restaurant kann man gut Essen das Frühstück für 15 EUR bietet eine große Auswahl. ”

“這是一間非常好的酒店無論她的位置或是景觀 Spa有漂亮的景色而且有一個很好的泳池前臺的伯伯英文非常好而且會教你行那條路線去天鵝堡和去其他地方餐廳員工也非常熱情友善我們只住了二晚感覺很可惜有機會我們在冬天會再入住這間酒店”

“跟網站圖片一樣，整體乾淨接觸到的2位員工也很友善離火車站，巴士站很近步行距離五分鐘左右酒店附近有時有噪音(酒店有提供耳塞)，不過個人覺得在可接受範圍內，沒有使用耳塞不過酒店沒有電梯和電子鎖，房間需要用蠻重的鑰匙開門，比較不便”

“房間比一般酒店大，樓底高且充滿空間感。浴室亦很大，有足夠地方放衣服。但可惜花灑頭座崩毀了，使用不便。早餐選擇豐富，職員親切有禮。雖然設施較舊，但可以接受。”

“Das kein Mensch zu sehen ist und alles elektronisch ist, das ist kompliziert und gruselig. Mit rezeption wäre schöner. Dafur ist es günstig. Der rest ist super. Die Platzspartreppe allerdings fur kleine Mitmenschen ein mega Problem ”
