“Very quirky, cool, old style motel...very Eureka Springs. The staff was great, the bar was fun and had great food. The rooms would be much better if they didn't have carpet in them, it made the rooms a little musty Overall I would stay there again.”

“We loved the drive through the hills and forest on the way to the cabin. It was so peaceful. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. Due to the rain, we were not able to enjoy the pizza oven and patio. We loved our stay in Eureka Springs. ”

“Great views, lovely staff. Our room had a window in the shower that allowed others in the room to see in but otherwise the room was great. The balcony was shared amongst three rooms which could make for great talks with the fellow guests or great for a family to have a larger gathering place. ”

“We had a wonderful time with little you did not have to go anywhere everything was right there. Lots of activities It had rained a lot before we came so boat access was not possible. That was the only downfall. Everyone had space and loved family time ”

“We rented this property June 5th for a three day stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. What we liked is that it’s out of town and right next to the water. The unit was comfortable and the beds were great. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.”

“This property is GREAT! The house was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Having the large and shaded porch/balcony area was perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying the weather. On top of all of that, the location is amazing. We were a 30 second walk from the water, and the views were excellent. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. “I got married at natural falls on 4/22/23, and Tim's home was a perfect place for my wedding party to get ready, take photos, and then relax! The dog, Rojo, is super sweet. His kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and more! The hot tub was AMAZING! Tim was great about greeting us right when we got there and showed us around the house and answered our questions. He was even waiting to say goodbye as we left, and he and Rojo gave us a warm good bye! I'd absolutely recommend his home to any……

“I’m a bit of a hotel snob and can be super picky while deciding to book. I saw this boutique motel and had to try it. It was super clean and absolutely adorable! We aren’t bikers, but came to the area for hiking. It is located in a great area and check in was a breeze. We’ll be back!”
