“The service provided was out of this world. Felt more life family helping than staff. The building is definitely starting to show its age and could use a few updates. It is out of the way of anything so I would recommend bringing some microwable food but that means it is perfect for an escape from the hustle of life and a peaceful retreat. I know it's advertised as a wedding and event destination but I do think it should be more of a retreat destination. ”

“We loved the drive through the hills and forest on the way to the cabin. It was so peaceful. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. Due to the rain, we were not able to enjoy the pizza oven and patio. We loved our stay in Eureka Springs. ”

“This house was perfect for our family of 19. We loved having access to the pool. The water access is a bit far from the house but we just went to the marina instead which had a beach. Perfect place for a getaway! ”

The location was prefect, the amenities outstanding, everyone had their own room with bathroom facilities. The set up was very functional for a large group. It was clean & ready when we arrived. We had one issue which the manager responded to quickly & resolved. I would recommend this VRBO without hesitation & stay here again. ”

“Perfect lodgings for multiple families. Clean pool and nearby lake were a hit with the kids. Although some furnishings were a bit dated they were comfortable and clean. Beds very comfortable. Verandas offered shade any time of day which we used often to enjoy the outdoors. Very nice location from which to see / visit the Ozarks. ”

“Nice place, but we stayed on the lower level. The guests above us had children and teens, and the foot steps were loud, especially during early morning hours. Next time, I’d request upper unit! ”

“We rented this property June 5th for a three day stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. What we liked is that it’s out of town and right next to the water. The unit was comfortable and the beds were great. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.”

“I got married at natural falls on 4/22/23, and Tim's home was a perfect place for my wedding party to get ready, take photos, and then relax! The dog, Rojo, is super sweet. His kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and more! The hot tub was AMAZING! Tim was great about greeting us right when we got there and showed us around the house and answered our questions. He was even waiting to say goodbye as we left, and he and Rojo gave us a warm good bye! I'd absolutely recommend his home to any……

“I’m a bit of a hotel snob and can be super picky while deciding to book. I saw this boutique motel and had to try it. It was super clean and absolutely adorable! We aren’t bikers, but came to the area for hiking. It is located in a great area and check in was a breeze. We’ll be back!”
