“This hotel is a good example of a business that does better than its surroundings. The area is tough, with cars broken-into around the area and garbage dumped into the streets. There are numerous warning signs to leave nothing valuable in your car. Better though, the hotel itself is well-stocked but somewhat run-down. “1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. “I absolutely enjoyed my one night stay at Summit Villa BnB. The late night services were spectacular; I was welcomed to a really comfy bed after a 2-hr. delay of my flight that resulted in a 2:15AM arrival. Ken and Danyell were the perfect hosts. I felt so guilty arriving late but they were so understanding as we have no control over icy weather as we travel to our destination. “This property was perfect for our needs. We had a few last minute changes to people and pets and the management was easy to get a hold of and so accommodating. It was clean and located near where we needed to be. The price was great and was a great help to a last minute unplanned booking. ”

“Everything was wonderful, the home was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. My issue was their contact person, i was told any early check in would cost $100, I tried to reach the contact person because the home was cold, would not answer for me, i called and text for another issue, no answer to my call or text from the contact person. Overall, the contact person was not handling business as needed, but everything else about our stay was rewarding to us all.”
