We have been to this hotel 3 or 4 times, before this time. When it was the Cambria it was perfect.
Once the ownership changed it has gone downhill.
We would stay here for the hottub and the bar and convenience of nearby restaurants. The time before this stay, the hottub was too hot. This time it was too cold. My BF told the dront desk and was told they would take care of it. Since we were staying 2 nights we were looking forward to using it the next day. When we checked, it was still barely warm. Again, we spoke with the same front desk gentleman and he claimed they had a repairman service it the night before. I find it hard to believe, considering, it was a Saturday night after hours.
Our refrigerator in the room didn’t work, even though it was on and turned to max cold. It was warmer than the hot tub. Graduation was happening and the hotel was booked full. We had drinks at the bar and the bartender was constantly somewhere else, other than behind the bar. There were other guests who mentioned it too.
Our room was cleaned while we were out and we received new towels, but no washcloths or hand towels.
This place was great, but not anymore.
