“Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! A lot of free ice cream and fruits , there a massage sofa too! Really amazing experience here!!!!! The breakfast and dinner really make me feel amazing !!!! Strongly recommend!!!!”
“The room was clean and nice, there was toilet on every floor, and you can use bathroom with hair dryer. It's a convenient place overall.
For service, the staffs were very nice and warm which provided kind assist.
The only drawback was the little noise at night due to the railway. However it was small affect to me.”
“In the male onsen room, the Korean customers stole my towel which placed on my basket. These customers so noisy and use mobile phone in the onsen changing room but no staff stop them. It makes me feel so frustrated in the onsen room.”
