“This home was 2 miles from our Raleigh family. The location was ideal! It was a lovely, peaceful neighborhood with lots of people walking their dogs & kitties in the windows. Coffee in the morning on the fenced in patio was a great start to our days. Family in for dinner was nice & the grill was a terrific feature for us. “Property managers were amazing, great communication. The unit was cute, and very well kept. Comfy couch and beds, recently renovated bathroom and kitchen. I believe one of the beds was a king instead of a queen. You can hear people in the adjoining unit pretty easily, and I'm assuming the other way around, so that's something to keep in mind. “What a hidden gem and a great value! Less than 10 minutes from downtown, especially the Raleigh Convention Center (GalazyCon 2025). Used Lyft/Uber every day to get downtown, and the cost was less than PaidParking, and so convenient. “Stayed one night with my wife and five children on the way to the beach.Property was perfect for us. There was plenty to do and see nearby. Im not sure about the additional app they want you to use, but overall the owners were easy to work with.”

“The house looked pretty when we pulled into the drive way.. the best part was when we walked through the door . The house was spotless and beautiful. I was so impressed with how clean it was, not one spot in the house was dirty. The beds, the linens, the furniture was so clean (I can’t stop raving about the cleanliness since that is so important to me and my family).
