“The staff was very quick to help when we needed new sheets and trash bags. The cleaning lady stopped by multiple times asking if we needed anything. The pool was a relaxing temperature. Breakfast was ready and hot at 5 am. My only two complaints were about the ice hold hot tub and lack of gym equipment. Some of it didn’t work or didn’t work well. Apart from those which went much of an issue our stay was pleasant and we will definitely chose this hotel for our next visit. ”

Overall you stay here for the proximity to the lake and the newness of the building. Which is not really offered in any other rental house in Emmetsburg. “Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions.
