“Had a great stay at this property. Property was clean, in good condition and had no issues during the stay. We were in town for college visits and location was great. Easy access to downtown, Loyola and Evanston. Very walkable, convenient for driving to other amenities and felt safe without any issues. Used parking garage just a block away. Easy, no issues and great experience.”

“We stayed for a Cubs game and the home did NOT disappoint. It was BETTER than we expected. The place is completed remodeled and really nice! The mattresses were super comfy, access was easy, and the TV had apple TV. The neighborhood is super safe and has lots of stores (coffee esp) within walking distance. I highly rec this VRBO! ”

“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

“This apartment was clean & ready for us! The property managers provided excellent communication, and it was a great experience. We were within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and best of all- Wrigley Field, where I caught a Cubs game with my boys. Close enough to the city for plenty of sight seeing, but far enough away to be able to enjoy the quiet neighborhoods of Wrigleyville. ”
