The town of Rome City is a tourist destination with attractions such as Gene Stratton-Porter State historic site, Sylvan Cellars event center, and even a Bingo hall!

There is a fantastic grocery store, diner, and ice cream shop all within walking distance of the home.

Fishing Line Trail is a 7.7 mile trail that is great for walking and biking.

Shipshewana is located 30 minutes from the home.

Guests will have full use of the home and optional pontoon and/or jet ski rental.
Pontoon rental includes a full tank of gas, lily pad, and 2 tubes.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the second floor. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the first floor. Bonus level features 4th bedroom, full bathroom, and living space with twin bunks and couch with fireplace. Bonus level walks out to deck with lake access.
