A very strong experience. The hotel is 5 minutes from Roma Termini and the metro so is very well positioned. Like a lot of areas around main train stations, there are signs of homelessness but it still feels a very safe area. Very well placed for tourist attractions either by metro or by walking too.

The hotel is good. When I was there in January 2023 it was better than in January 2025. I stayed in January 2025 twice, as I entered Italy and left via Rome. The staff is not friendly. For no one. Perhaps for the Italians, who are an absolute minority. They don't bother to respond with kindness, it's all automatic, as if it were just any purchase, not a stay. The rooms, the three times I stayed, were good on two occasions. Upon arrival in December 2025 for Christmas the room was small for 3 people, and the single bed was bad. Ultimately, education in customer service is the most important thing, and there was a lack of education in the service department. There were two who never said good night or good morning, and answered with boredom. I booked the taxi to the airport 48 hours in advance. When I asked about the taxi that day, the employee, actually the worst of them, said it wasn't written down. Then he realized he was looking at the wrong day's calendar page, and found the reservation. In other words, he didn't care about my question, and then he noticed that he was completely distracted. Having already stayed three times, I recommend it for the location. Only. If I go to Rome again I won't stay there.

Hotel is walking distance from Roma Termini but the street is away from seedy areas around the station. We walked to Trevi fountains, Colloseum & Spanish steps . There were number of dining options around . Our room was generous in size and provided a very comfortable stay. The lady at reception who check us in & out was friendly and efficient, we would recommend the hotel as an excellent option for short/long stay in Rome.

I loved the service from everyone they where great at the front desk, the clean up service, one problem was everytime we called food service nobody would answer, we would have to call the front desk and they would get someone on the phone. The hardest part was the inaccessibility around the hotel, the ramps to get to the restaurant are super steep so I had to go backwards, then I almost fell the second steep ramp, I had to be helped getting up the ramps on my way out and I had a smart drive on that couldn't handle how steep they are. And third the shower for someone in a wheelchair completely disabled it was hard, the first room didn't have a handle bars placed correctly so there's no way to hold your balance if you don't have good balance, your falling forward, the second room they gave my did have one handle bar in the correct place but still needed help because the shower chair was to small and out of plastic it was just a hard time overall but we managed luckily my GF was there

We had a family room, 1 queen and 1 single. Surprisingly, the room also had 2 bathrooms! This hotel is an easy walk from the train station and also allows easy access to the subway. The property is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good buffet breakfast available. No hesitation in recommending it.
