This hotel was very close to the airport. However, was too far from the city. The place was clean but isolated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom tub and the sink were not draining well. Took a five am shuttle on Wednesday, August 2. Driver was rude. No acknowledgment, no answer on question asked.

It’s a good stop over hotel. Airport shuttle runs every 15 min and breakfast was decent. The lobby was nice, however the halls and rooms could use an update! It was clean and convenient. The bed was awful, springy and hard. The staff were all very good!

We just stayed here for a few hours before leaving Rome. The room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed. The bathroom was clean and had all the toiletries necessary. They also have a free shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes 24/7 which was also really convenient specially because we had to leave so early.

The property was close to the airport. We took a shuttle to go to the airport at 5 am on Wednesday, August 6. The driver was rude. He did not say a word. When asked about the terminal, he did not say anything. There were six guests in the coach.

We loved the proximity to the airport. The on site dining was phenomenal. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant. The only negative I experienced was on check out day. Checkout is scheduled for 12:00pm. At 10:00am housekeeping knocked on the door, then came in without waiting to ask “checking out?” Otherwise, all else was great and we would stay here again.

I liked that it was close to the airport and they had a shuttle to take us to the airport. We didn’t have to get a taxi. Great food at the restaurant!

I was warmly greeted by the staff upon my arrival. The check-in process went smoothly, even when I inadvertently blocked the transport bus in the front parking lot with my vehicle. After checking in, I enjoyed some time at the bar and found the bartender to be friendly and helpful. However, I did encounter an issue with my room key, which stopped working after a while. On several occasions, I had to visit the front desk to have it reactivated. Despite this minor inconvenience, I found the hotel to be convenient for my stay prior to departure.

I left my chargers in my room. I sent an email about an hour or so after I’ve left. It has been a full day and a half and they have not responded at all to my email. There were two chargers and they were very expensive and I would like to be able to get them the next time I’m in row, but of course no one could be bothered to respond to me. Very unprofessional.

Slightly on the pricier side but this was a great choice for easy and convenient transportation to/from the airport. Check in was very easy, room was clean and tidy. Only complaint is the towels smelled funny and operating power/lights in the room took some figuring out. Otherwise great stay, would recommend.

There is nothing else around the hotel. You are stuck to get expensive and mediocre meal there. The shuttle bus dumped us at the terminal arrival area and took us half an hour to find the elevators to go up to the departure level as we had large pieces of luggage and could not use the escalators. In addition, at the time of booking we were advised to pay the local taxes at the hotel ($12 Euro) by Expedia. We found the hotel charged our credit card twice on different dates even though we only stayed there for one night. Asked Expedia to request the refund of $12 Euro from the hotel, so far with no success.
