Stay at the department next to the main department. Poor and unstable wifi and log out after 9pm. Small bathroom and dirty toilet board. Old lift in the department.

Although the hotel was nice and in a great location, we did not have hot water for all 3 days of our stay. Despite complaints, the problem was not rectified, nor were there any sort of discounts or complimentary offers. The rooftop hot tub was cold, and only accessible until 6pm. Although it was tidy, cute and central, several options exist that could at least offer basic amenities like hot water.

Anlass war ein viertägiger Städtetrip. Für drei Tage zahlten wir für ein Standard-Doppelzimmer inklusive Frühstück etwas über 600,00€. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr Gut im Stadtzentrum. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten zu Fuß innerhalb 20 Minuten erreicht werden. Man sollte jedoch beachten, wenn bei der Buchung der Zusatz „Annex“ oder „Dependence“ bei der Zimmerbeschreibung vorkommt, dass es sich um das Nebengebäude des Hotels handelt. Dieses befindet sich schräg gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Der bauliche Zustand des Gebäudes wäre durchaus als Renovierungsbedürftig zu betiteln. Das Zimmer selbst war klein, aber für drei Nächte durchaus ausreichend. Allerdings wurden hier Dellen und Macken in den Wänden entdeckt, sowie Flecken am Kopfteil des Bettes. Den größten Renovierungsbedarf zeigte das Badezimmer. Silikonfugen waren aufgerissen und schwarz verfärbt. Die Fliesen in der Dusche hatten nicht mehr dieselbe Farbe wie im Rest des Badezimmers. Die Duscharmatur war voller Kalkflecken. Am schlimmsten war dann aber doch der Schimmel (!!) an der Decke. Die Mängel wurden der Rezeption gemeldet. Bei Ankunft am Ende des Tages roch es im ganzen Zimmer nach Chlor und die Schimmelflecken an der Decke wurden übergepinselt. Ein anderes Zimmer konnte uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden, da das Hotel wohl ausgebucht war. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Zu wenig Auswahl und nichtmal Brötchen. Hier buchen wir nicht noch einmal!

Good location 10 min walk to Roma Termini station, which gets you to the FCO airport within 30-40 mins. Great swimming pool and spa facility. Really firm bed for a side sleeper. No robes or slippers.

77 was wonderful . Well located , easy to walk to all sites (not to the Vatican that’s a taxi ride). Terrace restaurant was awesome , food great, view unbeatable. Also the indoor pool was amazing . Tries to emulate Roman baths. My kids loved it . Chlorine smell was very strong in the morning , only issue we had . Highly recommend this hotel , specially if you have kids. If you ask mine what they like more about Rome they will say without hesitation: “the pool!! “. Expedia has not done a good job notifying hotels about the included breakfast . They need to fix that . This hotel just did it for me. Others have not.

Clean and spacious room with great buffet breakfast on roof top. Our only idsue was the room was not prepared for 4 people when we got there and took the hotel staff some time to prepare it! For customer convenience, I hope hotel accept credit card for paying hotel tax rather than requiring a cash payment.

Hello! I don’t like the room. Its a very dirty, stink and noisy. I really expect other thing. The breakfast its the same all the days. And the worst part its a lot of things were broken. Furniture’s, soap holders. Mirror dirty. Bad experience never come back again.

Le personnel est très gentil, mais la chambre n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous avons eu des traces sur les murs, un sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas, une odeur dans la chambre désagréable… il fallait donc aérer tout le temps. De plus, nous avons très mal dormi car ce n’est pas du tout isolé, sincèrement j’ai passé mes pires nuits, je suis une personne qui dort très facilement mais la impossible avec le bruit constant des voitures. ( pourtant la nuit nous fermons la fenêtre). Quand nous arrivons dans le bâtiment où se trouve la chambre, nous avons vu sur les poubelles qui débordent et l’odeur… c’est très limite pour un 4 étoiles. Nous avons fait de nombreux hôtel en Europe mais la c’est vraiment la plus grosse déception par rapport aux photos. Il y a quand même des points positifs : la piscine, le personnel et le petit déjeuner. Nous avons quand même réussi à profiter de Rome malgré une chambre de mauvaise qualité mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel.

Upon first glance this hotel isn’t too expensive, it’s location is pretty central and the staff is friendly - But slowly the truth unfolds. The photo of the glorious pool in the basement is not at all what you see IRL. In reality, it’s roughly 4x3m murky waters (I had someone’s chewing gum entangled in my body hair afterwards). A piece of advice is also to sure to book a room in the main building if you need WiFi. The WiFi in the secondary building can’t even provide bandwidth to watch a Netflix show or play a mobile game. They didn’t bother to replace the empty hand sanitizer by the breakfast for the 4 days we stayed either…. Add to that how the staff don’t object to people smoking in the breakfast room next to kids having a meal. Oh yeah, to top it all off, they even charge for storing luggage from checkout till you need to go to the airport. So when comparing price with reality, it’s actually just a rather expensive tourist trap that doesn’t put in the effort to give their visitors a pleasant stay.
