It’s at a good location, in walking distance to most of tourist attractions. Good quality breakfast everyday with a nice view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was a little bit old but cleanness is more important to me.

This hotel is amazing! It’s right in the city centre so easy walking to some of the famous ruins museums. The breakfast in a rooftop restaurant is quite good views or spectacular. Customer Service is fantastic. The only improvement I can suggest is the air conditioning needs to be improved in each room. It is somewhat warm and uncomfortable, and I need to ask for a fan for more ventilation. Otherwise it’s a great hotel. See you soon.

Nice air conditioned room room with a comfortable bed. It was also very spacious .Two minor nitpicks would be: 1. the old ac controls on the wall. They symbols had worn off so I couldn't make out how to operate it 2. I wish the bathroom doors weren't sliders they didn't have any locking mechanism

We loved our stay at Hotel Isa! The rooms were large, attractive and clean. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Buffet breakfast on the roof had a large variety of foods, and the view was terrific. The hotel is located in the very upscale Prati neighborhood, and not far from the Vatican. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Isa. Kind Willy took care of us each evening as we ended our day on the rooftop bar, and the very pleasant and attentive morning staff managed an ample and delicious breakfast, with wonderful city views, and Saint Peter‘s Basilica, a highlight. I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and overall, the hotel provided a comfortable experience. One of the highlights was the buffet. The food was excellent, with a great variety to choose from, and the staff made the experience even better with their warm and attentive service. The terrace by the buffet was an unexpected delight, offering a breathtaking view of Saint Peter's Dome—a perfect backdrop to enjoy a meal. The only minor issue I encountered was that the toilet in our room didn’t flush properly, which was a bit inconvenient. It wasn’t a major problem, but it’s something that could be improved for an even better stay. Despite this small setback, I would still recommend the hotel for its great location, welcoming atmosphere, and fantastic dining experience.

Very cute property. The complimentary morning breakfast was the highlight of the hotel! So many choices, so yummy! Truly looked forward to It each morning! One less star as we could not connect to WiFi during our stay in our rooms. Only when we were on the roof area for breakfast. However, to be fair; the hotel made it right with a slight discount because of the inconvenience, as it obviously wasn’t their fault. Great location, we walked to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and the Spanish Stepa all from the hotel. About a 15 minute walk.
