I was worried about the location because it is close to Termini train station and I've seen influencers say it's not a safe area at night, however there were absolutely no issues regarding the area. Just be aware of your surrounding.
Firstly, it was by Termini so about a 6 minute walk you arrive at this hotel. It costs E17 on the Leonardo Express to Termini.
2nd, the hotel is 6 floors and the 7th is the rooftop bar and restaurant. Breakfast is included. The breakfast is a feast! Incredible fresh items both hot and cold. Eggs, sautéed vegetables, bacon, quiches, fresh fruits, juices, cereals pastries and cookies, cold cuts , toast, potatoes, salads etc. As i am not a breakfast eater, I ate their breakfast!
3rd, the staff were wonderful absolutely fantastic as they helped with all our questions especially since it was the first time in Rome, we had questions about transportation. Remember I mentioned Termini station? The staff told us how to get there to catch a bus to St. Peter's Basilica #64 drops you at the Vatican. Catch 64 back to the hotel too.
4th, our room faced the courtyard so very little street noise, however if you face the street. I would think it would be noisy as it is in a busy intersection. Around the corner is the Santa Maria di Maggiore, one of the holy doors for the Jubilee. So close and an absolutely because church.
