总体来说还不错。早餐最早8：30开始，因为时差的问题，刚去的时候起的比较早，感觉早餐时间有点晚。我们住的房间临街，晚上噪音有点大。其它还好。

Property, just like almost every hotel in old Rome, is difficult to find at first. The front is shared with other uses. Once buzzed in, all is nice and quaint. Room was roomy and window opened to courtyard. Location was great, but if you drive, this is in the restricted area so would want to park and walk to hotel.

We've traveled extensively with Expedia. When we selected this property (which has maybe 5 rooms?), the other rooms were booked, so we took the room knowing that we didn't need the extra sofa bed or sauna and were not planning to use the tub. I mention it because our stay was absolutely fantastic -- I'd encourage people to stay there regardless of whether those things matter to you. Room is so spacious and lovely. The security link they sent us for the outer doors worked perfectly. Aida was incredibly kind and helpful. The Lavazza cappuccino maker in the room was not the kind you normally find in a hotel room (it was a professional one) and made the best beverages we've ever had. Seriously. Also the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Soundproofing worked well. Wonderful property.

Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute des clients . En ce qui me concerne j'ai surtout vu federica qui se démène vraiment dans son travail , avec en plus ses conseils pour les visites, les restaurants et autre. A nôtre depart elle s'est occupée de la réservation du taxi et avec mon niveau d'italien qui est inexistant cela m'a beaucoup aidé. Les chambres sont très confortables et en totale adéquation avec l'Italie et Rome évidement. Ca change des hotels de luxe qui ont la même tete quelque soit le pays visité. J'ai vraiment adoré cette chambre avec son charme Italien. Quant à l'emplacement de l'hôtel c'est parfait !. Colisee à 30 mn à pied, vatican idem. Pour les autres sites à voir absolument ils sont encore plus proches. Je ne peux que conseiller cet hôtel qui en plus des qualites citées plus haut possède un rapport personnel client chaleureux tout en restant simple et sans chichis.

Excellent location, beautiful building.

Frederica was a wonderful host during our stay. She was always friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and our room was very nice. The weather was great and it was nice to have the big windows open to fresh air and the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is fantastic. Lots of great places within walking distance and lots of amazing restaurants. The building that the hotel is in is gorgeous. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent sejour

Excellent séjour passé à Rome dans ce micro-hôtel extrêmement bien situé. La chambre 201 dispose d'une douche/hammam qui marche très bien même si la paroi de douche présente des fuites et que la ventilation n'est pas suffisante ce qui laisse de l'humidité dans la chambre. La chambre dispose également d'une baignoire à remous. Chambre spacieuse avec toutes les commodités. Machine à café super et rechargée permettant de se faire des cappuccino ou macchiato. Bouteilles d'eau fournies tous les jours. Auto check-in et check-out en dehors des heures de présence à la réception très facile et rapide. Personnel sympathique. On entend un peu la réception de la chambre et les entrées tardive de la chambre 201 et le bruit de la rue n'est pas complètement atténué. Quelques petits défauts mais les autres commodités, la sympathie du personnel et surtout l'emplacement valent la note maximum.

Federica was the sweetest she answered all our questions as this was our first time in Rome. The room was clean and specious, it’s located right across the famous Alfredo restaurant where the fettuccine Alfredo was born and at walking distance to all the main attractions.

The location is perfekt. It is walking distance to everything. This is a hotel inside an appartement building. Good to know when you arrive, just go to the door and Navona Suites is labelled on one of the buzzers. Works perfect with a link to open doors when you have checked in. We really liked this consept with staying in a hotel and in the same building as locals. It is a safe and nice neighborhood with restaurants and shops outside. The suite was big, beautiful and clean with sauna and jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable. We could choose breakfast from a meny and the breakfast was served in the suite at requested time. The staff was so nice and helpful. We had a late flight back but could leave our luggage in the reception and they ordered taxi for us and even helped us with finding the taxi as the driver had some difficulties picking us up because there was a lot of closed streets that day. We stayed for three nights. We will stay here the next time we visit Rome!
