Lovely property in a good location all within walking distance of the main tourist areas. Property felt safe and secure and staff were always helpful when needed. Breakfast items were available each day and you just helped yourself whenever you liked. Only thing that could have been better was the WiFi and the air conditioning as it didn’t appear to get cold, however that wouldn’t put me off staying here again.

The location was central to all activities and easy walk from the train station. The metro stop is close as well. Amazing everything was so close. The best pasta was right next door.

Déçu la chambres n étais pas insonorisé. La fontaine de trévi n’est pas à 15 min mais bien 20 bonne minute de marche. Dans l’annonce il est marquée qu’il accepte les cartes de crédit mais ce n’est pas vrai. Le bain à remous dans notre chambre fuit et le pommeau de douche également. Il y avait des taches sur le canapé et les chaises. J’ai l’impression que la chambre sur les photos correspondait pas du tout. Mais sinon le personnel est très agréable

Staff were excellent at front desk and cleaners. TV was very small for room and limited to any english speaking channels. No News channels/CNN or BBC to be able to keep up with what was going in the world. The area around the property was very dirty.

Hôtel bien placé proche de la gare, dans bâtiment typique sur 3 niveaux, 3 chambres par étage. Déco très sympa alliant les matériaux anciens et contemporains, calme, petit balcon sur cour. Seul hic, chambre un peu trop petite et la baignoire hors salle de bain visible depuis le couloir lorsque l'on ouvre la porte... Petit coin déjeuner/café autonome, très appréciable. 3rd floor apartment, initially walked past it, don’t expect big hotel entrance. Ring bell on double doors. Lovely stay. Staff were wonderful, very central allows you to walk everywhere. Short walk to tour bus shop, an essential on your 1st visit to get your bearings. Clean, quick to find from station and very convenient at good value.

Nerva Accomodation is perfectly situated for visiting the central historical districts in Rome. A short walk in one direction will take you to a Metro station, a bit of a longer walk, but still relatively short, will take you to Termini as well as the intersection of two metro lines, all of which are easy to use. The property itself has a rustic charm, providing clean, comfortable rooms, coffee machines on the two floors we were on, and snack items, fresh fruit and yoghurt available anytime you wanted. A slight frustration is the desk staffing, which is from 1000-1800, but is quite workable. The staff was wonderful, pleasant and always helpful. Abundant hot water and water pressure, air conditioning also worked well.Door codes provide entry into the building as well as into the various units on the floors. We felt very safe here..according to Expedia, laundry service is available, but this is not the case, as well as breakfast for 5 Euros,which was not available either, but the goodies, fruits, juices, yoghurts, and coffee available were enough to get you started, and there was cereal as well, no charges for this. We had a delightful time!

The room was nice, room 23, but the bathroom wasn’t great, you had to climb into a tub with a high wall to take a shower and the tub was slippery and water got on the floor when you showered. The breakfast was ok and convenient. You could open the windows to the courtyard and it was quiet. The location was excellent, close to the roma termini and lots of great restaurants within walking distance, we also walked to the coliseum

The hotel was close and walkable to most of the tourist destinations. Very clean and nice breakfast options in the morning. Comfy bed. A little noisy at night with air conditioners right by the bedroom window and people up late at night talking.

Nerva Accommodation Cavour was centrally located between all tourist attractions. Good walking shoes are a must in Rome. The staff was wonderful (Alessandro, Barbara, and Gabriel) and met any and all needs and requests. I enjoyed the authenticity of the accommodations and it was nice not to be in a hotel setting. Visit the restaurants on Urbana (Urbana 47, Taverna Urbana and Pasta Urbana). Great food and service. The barking dogs from the window above was better than any dessert. Nerva Accommodation is not exactly a hotel. There is no traditional lobby, and the service staff is very attentive. The interior of our room was somewhat inconvenient. The bathtub is located near the entrance, practically next to the front door, without the privacy that proper bathroom walls would provide. Those who value the intimacy of that space for their personal needs will likely be frustrated by the large window offering a panoramic view of the toilet. It’s extremely uncomfortable. At night, the heating systems facing the central patio make an unbearable noise, even if you close the door to the small balcony. Expedia should be more accurate in its descriptions.
