The price is reasonable.

The location of the hotel is required to take tram or train to the city. It doesn't have any room services. We had the problem on the air conditioning operation but he said he couldn't help us. The breakfast is nice.

Ovviamente la mia recensione tiene conto del fatto che il prezzo è contenuto e quindi non si può pretendere il servizio di un hotel in cui si paga il doppio e oltre! Maggior difetto: un po' rumoroso per l'assenza di moquette e le porte che si aprono con la chiave. WIFI BEN funzionante La struttura nel complesso è piuttosto datata. Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo occupato 2 stanze al primo piano (c'è l'ascensore e funziona regolarmente): la mia stanza era piuttosto piccola e un po'cupa, mentre l'altra era molto più ampia e luminosa. La mia doccia era piccola, con un box in cui penso che una persona oversize non riuscirebbe ad entrare. Quella dell'altra stanza era invece bella ampia, chiusa con una tendina. L'acqua calda funzionava perfettamente ed entrambe le stanze erano dotate anche di asciugacapelli ben funzionante. La pulizia in effetti è un po' sommaria, ma il bagno e le nostre lenzuola erano perfette. Stanza ben riscaldata. Si può gestire autonomamente la temperatura. La colazione è stata oltre le aspettative: ampia scelta di salato (uova sode e strapazzate, wurstel caldi, un tipo di formaggio e uno di salumi), pane e tostiera. Per il caffè c'è una macchinetta (come peraltro ho visto mille volte anche in hotel costosi), latte freddo, briosche e panettone (visto il periodo) marmellate, crema di cioccolato etc... succhi (questi un po' slavati per la verità), yogurth e cereali. Personale molto gentile. Parcheggiare in zona non è facilissimo, ma ci abbiamo messo max 15-20 min.

Attenzione le cimici!! Attention bed bugs!!

L'hotel peggiore che io abbia mai visto.. tutte le stanze sono sporche e puzzolenti, le doccie fanno schifo ( non si lavano da mesi) ho cambiato 5 stanze per la sporcizia e puzza di fumo dalle sigarette mischiato con la puzza di umidità e sudore (avevo prenotato la stanza non fumatori) nella 4 stanza (num. 402) ci siamo svegliati all'una di notte spaventati dalle cimici che cambiavano nel nostro letto.. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO ALBERGO!!

Un albergo d'altri tempi! Camera gradevole, personale gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di fare il checkin fino a mezzanotte. Quartiere tranquillo, con un parcheggio gratuito a pochi passi dalla struttura. Zona centrale, da cui poter visitare comodamente molte attrattive di Roma. Unica pecca, il bagno senza finestra.

Questo albergo va bene per il prezzo basso durante un periodo di alta stagione... Pulizia e cura lasciano un po' a desiderare. Segnalo che ci siamo dovuti andare a prendere la carta igienica che era finirla ed il rifare la stanza si limiti a a "tirare su le coperte" come a casa propria quando ci si sveglia per andare al lavoro.

Is very nice fro people moving to are to use while apartment hunting. They have kitchenetts, Staff is nice and speak several languages. It is reasonably quiet. I saw on review someone said the internet no work but it does. I work from my computer and have never had an issue uploading documents. If your rom connects to another room bathroom you may hear the water but it is not very disturbing. I highly reccomend

Zona tranquilla e personale gentile.

This small hotel is clean and quiet, being tucked away between the apartment buildings on a side-road off the major Viale dei Quattro Venti. I love the Italian language and culture, so I found living in a local neighbourhood delightful. The front desk staff all spoke English, and we got by elsewhere in the area with my broken Italian and the good humour of the local proprietors and workers (many of whom spoke enough English to help us at need). We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, which we stocked with supplies (so affordable!) from a local supermarket. The kitchen was missing a few essentials (like forks), which we acquired from a general store, but nothing the hotel provided was broken. The room was small by North American standards, and the shower did not drain particularly well, but it was clean and quiet, and had its own private bathroom. A streetcar (tram) (no.8 “P.za Venezia”) stops at the bottom of the Viale dei Quattro Venti (a fifteen-minute walk from the hotel) and runs through Trastevere to the Piazza Venezia and the heart of Ancient Rome. The no.8 “Castello” will bring you back again. A train from the Quattro Venti train station, which is a mere five-minute walk from the hotel, will take you to the Vatican City. (Just remember to buy some bus tickets at a newsstand or bar before boarding either of these.) At the end of our trip, we caught the train from the Trastevere station (on the streetcar route) to get to the airport.
