The staff was nice and courteous. The air conditioning was great! The complimentary breakfast was great. It was perfectly walking distance to the Vatican. It was quiet. All of that being said, I would not stay there again. It was filthy. Dirty shower curtains. Broken shower. No laundry facilities on site. Despite the signs saying otherwise, there was no lunch or dinner available.

Ran out of water late at Night tried to get some from the front desk only had a €10 on me and he told me that he could not give me change but only a five euro back for the water that was needing to buy in a vending machine up on the floor in the hotel . I didn’t think he needed a tip to give me change for my money. So unfortunately, my son had to go without water. We stayed July. 20th we will not be coming back ever.

Property was run down compared to the pictures— lobby sofas had noticeable rips and tears, hallway carpets had stains, room was okay considering the rest of the place. Was under construction when we went. Best part about the stay was the breakfast and proximity to transportation and restaurants.

Very simple property...but covered all the necessities. Clean, nice size room, nice size bathroom and great staff. I appreciate it's a real hotel with 24/7 front desk to help with any needs. Short walk to the Vatican, restaurants and grocery stores. Shout out to Momo Pizza Kebab drop (fantastic food)!!

Ormai qua ci sono di casa ma la stanza che stavolta mi hanno assegnato non aveva la saracinesca che restava mezza aperta tale da far entrare la luce del Sole. Un "ritocchino" comunque serve nelle stanze. Qui ad esempio c'era l'armadio che era un po' sciupato. Non che per me sia un problema però io ho questo pregio (ma puo essere anche un difetto) di dire le cose in maniera dettagliata. La tenda della doccia non è tale da impedire che mentre ci si lava si possa buttare fuori l'acqua sul pavimento e serve poi asciugare. Menomale che essendoci diversi asciugamani almeno è possibile asciugare a terra. Bisogna comunque fare attenzione quando ci si lava. Qui è facile buttare l'acqua di fuori. Poi per il resto se torno qua ancora, vuol dire che mi ci trovo bene. Il personale davvero accogliente.

As we wanted something close to both the Vatican & the Rome tennis tournament this was a handy hotel though I’m not sure it actually is 4* worthy. The rooms were aged & the terraces had olden style shutters with views of the neighbourhood as opposed to anything touristy. The hot water was very slow to come through & there was only shampoo containers & soap, no shower gel. The walls are very thin. We were there when a group of teenagers were in town & they were up all night creating noise across the 3rd floor we were in. TV is cable but nothing English. But the plus points are it has a lovely reception area with very helpful staff & uber was willing to collect us from there to go out & about which helps. Breakfast spread is decent & worth the spend. WiFi worked well & helped. Beds are comfortable & furniture is decent. Fridge helps keep everything chilled but nothing pre-provided & no tea/coffee.

Anche questo pernottamento è andaro bene, mi sono trovato bene. Come al solito le camere purtroppo non hanno la saracinesca che si abbassa del tutto pertanto, per chi ha il sonno leggero, con lo spuntare del sole, spunta dal letto dando inizio a una nuova giornata.

Si puo migliorare, si può migliorare.

Ormai anche qui ci sono di casa, pero stavolta la stanza assegnata (la n. 328) non è stata proprio il massimo. Ha bisogno di qualche "ritocchino" intanto per chi si deve sedere per scrivere sul tavolo, deve spostare la sedia con delicatezza (e tanti non lo hanno fatto e infatti c'e stato fatto una bella sciupatura della parete dietro perche la gente ci picchia la sedia e a son di tirarci le botte poi il muro si sciupa) io sai, avendo visto la situazione ho fatto con delicatezza ed invito chiunque usufruisca di questa camera a farlo. La serranda non si abbassa del tutto per tappare la luce del giorno e quindi chi ha il sonno leggero, con il sorgere del sole, sorge chi vi alloggia. Poi un'altra cosa consigliata, tenere sempre la serranda abbassata perche il mega-terrazzo non è dotato di separè e se qualcuno vi passeggia, puo anche vedere cosa e chi c'e nella camera accanto. Il bagno invece quando ci si siede per fare i bisogni, fare attenzione, perche una ginocchiata contro il muro si fa presto a prenderla. Poi un'altra cosa, è un po' scarsa l'illuminazione in camera. Un lampadario sul soffitto non guasterebbe.

Good enough

In general, very kind personnel; however, the room was cold, and the shower lacked flow (you had to try and fit under the few drops of water that came out of it.) very good breakfast

Clean and Good location.

Booked a three night stay with this hotel. Carpet needs updating but our room 321 was very clean. On check in we were told at reception that breakfast was provided free of charge which was a pleasant surprise. Hotel is near public transport stations and about 20 minutes walk to Vatican City if you are planning to visit the area. The only reason I did not give this hotel a five is that I feel the person who offered to help us book tours did not give us options. We felt the price he offered us were inflated and when we decided not to book with him, I feel he started giving us a cold shoulder.

Price-Quality relation very good. Breakfast was not included in the price, but because of work in progress (but I heard no work!) it was offered without charging for it. Wonderful. Staff very kind and every wish was immediately satisfied.
