Elisabetta and her team at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early in the morning and they held our luggage so we could enjoy the city until our room was ready. The breakfast was delightful- great selections of croissants, meat, cheese, fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice and tasty coffee. There was an elevator to help with baggage, although the beautiful old marble steps were lovely to occasionally climb. As are most accommodations in Europe, the room and bathroom were a little on the smaller side, but this did not detract from a great experience. Everything was clean with fresh towels daily and cold water provided in the mini fridge. The location is perfect and walkable to most attractions, with bus stops a few steps away in the street. Also several restaurants very close by and the staff were always helpful in giving recommendations. Will absolutely recommend to friends and visit again for future trips!

The concierge hosts were so kind and helpful. We loved our stay. Breakfast and coffee was a great start every day. We walked 11 miles a day seeing everything from Vatican City to Trevi and Piazza Novana.

It was the most memorable stay. Everyone is so helpful and sweet, especially administrator Elisabetta who is so kind and nice, she helped us with everything: tickets, call to agencies etc. rooms are clean and breakfast is amazing and delicious. Staff were incredible and provided us with plenty of information for trips and things to do, also providing a restaurant list. The breakfast was fantastic, so many options and amazing breakfast staff Room itself was cosy and had air conditioning, everything we needed was there and staff were on hand to assist. Only drawback was a non full length blind and the door buzzers being rather loud after hours. I think this was due to room selection. 4th floor for the hotel, a lift is available, a consideration for some.

Sehr gut gelegen und nettes Personal. Klein und gemütlich. Leider war das Warmwasser anfangs nicht zu benutzen, sodass wir Hilfe brauchten, zum Glück war noch jemand vom Personal da. Und eine Baustelle direkt im Nachbarhaus hin zum Hinterhof war etwas laut. Ansonsten sehr schön. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück könnte etwas variieren.

Mein Aufenthalt im Relais Vittoria Colonna war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – viele der berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms, wie der Vatikan und die Piazza Navona, sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig, makellos sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die bequemen Betten und die ruhige Atmosphäre, trotz der zentralen Lage. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lavinia, die Gastgeberin, hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert und stand immer mit wertvollen Tipps zur Seite. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Rom. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
