Vi har hatt hyggelige dager på hotellet . Vi ble møtt av to hyggelige menn i resepsjonen og fikk rommet umiddelbart ved ankomst . Vi har følt oss ivaretatt og viktige hele oppholdet ,og de gjorde det de kunne for å gjøre oppholdet bra ,som inkluderer cappuccino på morgenen,kofferten trillet inn på rommet ved ankomst og også muligheter for å få forfriskninger servert opp på takterrassen . Vi reiser gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet , som har gangavstand til det meste .

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was super nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A few days before we arrived, they even messaged us to ask if we needed a baby crib or had any special requests. After we checked out, they followed up with a personal message, which was such a nice touch. The location is also really convenient—very close to the train station and within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit. Even though we only stayed for one night, the service was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Boutique Hotel

I had a lovely stay at the Sophie Terrace Hotel. The hotel was clean & well appointed. Located in a nice area of Rome with nearby walkable restaurants. Flo at the desk could not have been more helpful. He gave us the ins and outs of the area & made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay at the Sophie Terrace Hotel again should I ever find myself in Rome.

My husband and I spent a couple of nights at this hotel, and our first impression was that it was much smaller than the photos suggested. Our room was located right next to the reception desk, making it quite noisy. The "rooftop bar" was also a bit of a letdown. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations via text for local restaurants and activities, which we appreciated. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re not too particular about noise, amenities, or space, but if those factors are important to you, you might want to consider other options.

After a disappointing experience at a nearby hotel, we were in desperate need of a better place to stay. Fortunately, we found Sophie Terrace, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. This hotel not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every way. We arrived just five minutes after booking, and despite being ahead of check-in time, the staff warmly welcomed us and quickly prepared our room. Their professionalism and kindness set the tone for our entire stay. The room itself was immaculate, with modern furnishings and finishes that made it feel fresh and comfortable. The highlight for me was the wall-mounted AC unit—an absolute lifesaver during the scorching Roman summer, especially for someone like me who is accustomed to air conditioning. Throughout our stay, the staff remained consistently professional, friendly, and always eager to help. I can't recommend Sophie Terrace enough. It was a perfect haven in the heart of Rome!
