“If we could give 11 stars, we would! Every attention to detail was thought of. The hosts even dropped off an amazing charcuterie board on our arrival. We loved the themed rooms and historical information throughout the house. Would love to stay here again in the summer when we can take advantage of the location on the water. Our young adults loved the Eagle’s Nest and what a beautiful view!”

“Lake Mills is a quaint town with a great central location to a great many areas. It’s quiet and very lovely. The streets roll up at 5:00 pm on a Saturday night, yet if you are seeking nightlife it’s quite close by. “This was the best property we have stayed at thus far. It had games, books for the kids, cards, kayaks, paddle board, peddle boat, and fishing! ….the kids caught fish as well! We pulled in and immediately felt relaxed and noticed how quiet the location is. The road leading up to the property is wooded, and also a joy! Wonderful outdoor patio and fire pit by the water. “This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
