“First, note that you are not communicating directly with the owner(s) as they use a third party based in the Philippines and that the owner(s) actually live next door, which at first was okay - but then when concerns arose, they pretty much ghosted us. “I stayed here for a weekend (Fri-Sun). The shower was not cleaned well. There were old dried up brownish shampoo or conditioner splash stains on the shower walls.
