“Ja, das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber so war es inseriert - wir hatten keine Probleme damit. Kein WLAN, aber der Handy-Hotspot (LTE) hat völlig gereicht. Auch Streams kein Problem.Der Garten ist top: Eigene Zitronen und Mispeln. Wir haben jeden 2. Tag gegrillt. Drinnen nur Kaffe/Tee gekocht.Aktuell wird in dem Viertel gebaut, 2 mal war das Wasser abgedreht, aber wir wurden vorgewarnt und konnten damit umgehen.Wenn das Innere mal modernisiert werden sollte - insbesondere das Bad könnte ein……

“This is a great apartment. The photos accurately represent the property. What cannot be relayed in a description is the view (spectacular) and the location(close to shopping, walking along the Mediterranean Sea). The host provides good instructions for arrival, entry, and daily operation of utilities and appliances. We were answered promptly and to our satisfaction on the rare occasions we contacted the host with questions or concerns. I was rehabbing a knee when we arrived so I caution anyone……

“The garden, balcony and view are simply amazing, we enjoyed the winter sun on the terrace with beautiful, uninterrupted seaviews. Estepona is about a 15min walk along the coastal path which is great.The house itself is lovely inside and nicely renovated but I would recommend it for 2 adults with 1 child maximum. We were staying with 2 young children ( under the age of 3) and it was too small for us and not ideal with the stairs. Thank you to lorraine for the excellent communication and service!”

“Caro relación calidad-precio. Las instalaciones flojitas. El mobiliario bastante viejo y descuidado. Falta de aire acondicionado en un dormitorio, en los otros dos olía fatal. La limpieza floja. Hormigueros gigantes que entraban en la casa y se paseaban por la encimera de la cocina. Luces de la pisciba fundidas. A la llegada la piscina está regular. Tenía una fuga y se ensuciado rápido.Cerraduras que no funcionaban. Los tres primeros días en constante contacto con la propietaria por problemas……

“This was our first trip to mainland Spain, so having a centrally located house made organizing day trips to towns like Malaga and Marbella very easy. We even took a day trip to Tangier via the ferry. The property is well-maintained, and all of the amenities are exactly as shown in the property listing. “Pro’s: location - easy to walk to old town, beach, resturants, park, bars. Air conditioning was great in every room, good showers, basic amenities covered. Roof terrace was nice, good addition to property and good view. Safe and secure house, kitchen has basic things. Cons: Could do with a spruce up. Some easy things like mirrors in the bedrooms. Fix the table and umbrella on the roof terrace. Some small light on the roof terrace if it gets dark on an evening. It was also a little dirty when……

“Die Finca selbst ist schlicht (wenig Ausstattung in der Küche), dafür ist der Pool toll und der Garten ein Traum. Orangen und Zitronen dürfen gepflückt werden... Vogel können beobachtet werden.... Ein toller Ort für Menschen, die gerne in der Natur sind. Würden immer wieder kommen. ”
