Needs updating . And nasty smell throughout hotel . Musty too . The old air conditioner was not even on when I went in my room. So the room smelled because of the high humidity

Was close to beach but place needs updates doesn’t look appealing outside has a restaurant I never saw open vending machines in a dark room looks like only one lit up possibly they are going thru reservations all over an OK place to stay for the money I did try to cancel a night couldn’t stay the entire time I reserved and got an answer that I couldn’t so I paid an extra night and wasn’t even there

I got locked out of my room because the key card didn't work 4 times. No air conditioning in the hallway or lobby - it was 97 degrees and high humidity

First of all this place is not a Clarion Hotel The letters are falling off the building! it’s like a war zone! with broken windows mold everywhere and every single review that you read is a horror story and it’s absolutely true. Even the fire alarms are turned off with a warning sign that they are not active. Lookup “Fire Watch” situation I will upload some pictures when I get a chance because even one star is not even close to what’s going on over there! Complete disaster of a bankrupt hotel!

I did not care for the property at all. Any doors that should have been locked for safety puposes; the locks didn't work; they were open. There were notices posted stating that the fire alert system didn't work. There wasn't air comditioner in the lobby; very hot while waiting for a few people to check in in front of me. There wasn't any elevators for guests in building. Made it very difficult for me to bring all the baby stuff we needed into the building. Once in the rooms, they seemed VERY old. Air conditioner didn't work the best. Needed many updates. On the day of check out, I saw a couple of roaches, one big and several small ones. While waiting on line to notify the desk, the woman at the desk was very stressed and short with some of the guests. I will not returning there!!!

Stayed in room 254.. disgusting..dirty and roaches everywhere!!! No microwave..ac hardly works.. toilet doesn't flush..no shampoo or conditioner..hair dryer didn't work tun was filthy. turned on the sink in the roached filled bathroom and water came out brown..what isn't wrong with this disgusting place?!

It was filthy, staff was dirty, prostitution in the back parking lot, no amenities, no phone in room, smelled! I can’t find enough adjectives to describe how bad this place is! I’ve told everyone and anyone to stay away!

Upon arrival it did not seem like the AC was working in the lobby but they had portable AC units around. The room was not as clean as it could have been, there was a dirty sock from what I’m assuming is the previous people who stayed in the room. We stated three people were staying in the room but they did not supply enough linens, pillows and towels to accommodate three people. The pull out bed springs were broken creating a dip in the bed, the AC in the room was running but would not cool the room down, and the water took forever to get warm. We just kept the accommodations due to only being in the room to shower and sleep but you are getting bear minimum if you stay here.

Building very outdated. Broken windows, Room had a funky smell. Very few amenities. Staff unavailable to bring an appliance. When i booked reservation, it stated breakfast included, not true.
