“I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold.”

“Apartment was very clean and Danielle was very communicative and easy to reach. The shower nozzle was broken and sprayed everywhere. Quiet and safe neighborhood, but the upstairs neighbor in the unit above, walked around a lot. ”

“The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall.”
