“Rich gave us an upgrade at no additional charge due to a plumbing problem that he found prior to our arrival at the original location. The barn (upgrade) had an amazing view from the patio and we felt we were somewhere special. The barn was decorated beautifully and we could see stars through the many windows. ”

“It was a nice temporary living situation while i completed my student teaching. Very comfortable and had a good amount of space to relax. “Best of all, I loved the bathroom which reminded me of ours except in a different color. Very quiet neighborhood; all we could hear was the wind in the trees. Went to bed early and woke up early. “My daughter and I stayed at the rental while in the area for some family get togethers. The location was perfect for our needs. It was easy to access with plenty of parking. The kitchen was easy to cook in with plenty of plates and dishes. The second bedroom is very small. We made it work, but much better suited for a child than an adult. Mantua is a cute country town and it is just down the road.”
