“These hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfy and easy. Coffee, tea, snacks and other staples are ready to go. Everything was so clean and easy to locate! Bedding is all incredibly comfortable and it’s cozy and quiet. One suggestion would be an alternative light source for kitchen area as at night it would be nice to sit in kitchen area w/o the many bright ceiling lights. Super convenient location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!”

“This property did not disappoint it’s very cute and cozy and was a perfect weekend getaway that felt like we were far from home but really not. I have spent my childhood on Lummi Island just down the road from here at 4030 which belong to my family for over 45 years and miss it since it was sold. The Haven is a great little place, had all the comforts of home. It very clean and decorated nicely. We will definitely visit again! ”

“My wife and I were looking for a place to get away from the hustle. Orcas Island and particularly the Madrona Suite were just what we were looking for. The studio is spacious for two and very comfortable. The view out the large picture window is wonderful. There is wifi but no TV, which was fine with us. “We arrived at unit XXXXA at 7:40 p.m. and were finally able to enter an hour later. Vacasa had sent me 10 emails before our arrival, all with the wrong unit number (XXXXA) and incorrect check-in instructions. It was dark and raining, and after spending about 15 minutes trying to get in, I called Vacasa. It took 10 minutes to reach an operator and another 10 minutes for the property manager to call me back. To make matters worse, the instructions directed us to a unit two doors to the left……

“Three nights was not enough time to enjoy all the features of this home, but we did our best! Hot tub, movie room, pub room with pool table, dart board, karaoke machine, player piano, lovely deck with water view, giant outdoor chess, kitchen with every appliance known to man (and some I had never heard of) …the list goes on. Plenty of sleeping spaces for a large party. Outdoor teepee is fun but a bit damp and moldy in rainy season. Would love to come back and stay for longer.”
