“Really enjoyed the rustic atmosphere of a small cabin in the woods. Very close to wolf watching in LaMar Valley. Greeted by Deana and then John who were there to help us as needed. We has an awesome adventure in Yellowstone.”

“Totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain home! Great location to Yellowstone. Very spacious, cozy and comfortable. Good internet. Everything was great, however, we did have some trouble checking in and finding the place. Once we contacted the owner he was very helpful and friendly. ”

“This is such a fun restored cabin with re-used materials and original elements. Super dog-friendly touches: treats, designated blankets/towels, doggie dishes. No fenced yard, but great places to walk your pet. My husband and I hit a perfect weekend, as there had been a ton of February snow, but we hit the thaw, and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. “This was the perfect spot for our group of 4 and a dog - cute and central - it was so nice to be able to spread out and have a kitchen with everything we needed. Plenty of room to park our snowmobile trailer. Communication was quick and easy - would stay here again.”

“We loved staying here! My only complaint is that the bathroom was downstairs & the toilet was upstairs. Nice location! It was close to Haden Vally. The villages near this property were very cutie and we met a lot of wonderful people & had a wonderful time. Would come back again!”

“This tiny log cabin was perfect for the hubby, myself, and our dog! Just a couple minutes outside Red Lodge but so quiet and peaceful! The hot tub was amazing after a day of adventures! We enjoyed leaving the window above the bed open at night to listen to rock creek. The host even had a welcoming gift of our drink of choice waiting for us on ice when we arrived!! Would definitely stay here again! ”

“This cabin is in an amazing location. My dogs had soooooo much fun running and playing. The only downside is the water. The shower barely trickles out water and the tap water is rusty and red. They do have a great filtration system for drinking water. There were mouse droppings in the silverware drawers, but that is gonna happen in a rural setting. Just be prepared.”

“Perfect place for me and my dogs”

“Cooke City is a beautiful, quaint little mountain town. Limited restaurants, but they are good. Fox Den cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that is it quite small. There are beds for 5, but it felt crowded with just 2 people. Hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages.”

“The cabin was absolutely adorable with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay! Ashley was extremely friendly and helpful recommending must sees in the area. The view and scenery was breathtaking and a memorable experience! We love the fact that we were able to bring our dog and there were blankets and dog treats waiting for her arrival. We highly recommend! ”

The location is perfect to begin the beautiful Beartooth Highway to Red Lodge and enter Yellowstone National Park. So interesting to realize that this cabin was a gas station so many years ago!”
