Cozy cabin a mile from Higgins Lake

Spacious cabin a mile from Higgins Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in the country. Two bedrooms with 3 very comfortable mattresses. Plus a futon and a queen size aerobed mattress for plenty of sleeping space. Attached 2 and a half car garage that adds an extra huge gathering space. Garage has a large picnic table, propane BBQ grill, and a mounted TV. Huge backyard with a raised fire pit area with plenty of seating. Privacy fence around the entire backyard as well.

Overall the house was nice. They had everything there that we needed. The only true complaint I have is the air conditioning. Unfortunately the 2 window units and fans were not enough to keep the house cool. After coming back from a hot day at the beach the house had reached 82 degrees with the units running and all fans on. Essentially, if you’re planning to stay at the house throughout the day, plan on it being close to what the temperature is outside.

The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood close to the state park. We enjoyed the extra amenities provided and really enjoyed our stay here! We would definitely return.

Awesome! Clean! Had everything we needed! Even games and outdoor games! Kids loved it! Large backyard! Awesome fire pit space! And great garage with TV and grill and table! Great space! Will definitely return! Host was great! Response was always quick from him if I had questions!

Higgins Lake Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The manager was easily accessible and the property met all of our needs for a week in the summer on the lake.

Cute cabin!

The cabin was just what we needed and really close to the lake (about 4 mins in the car). We really enjoyed the backyard/firepit area. The neighborhood is really quiet. The cabin itself had everything we needed. We’d stay here again.
