“We enjoyed a long weekend at the cabin for a girls trip. Was everything we needed and wanted and the perfect space for 3 adults. We spent a lot of time at the cabin and felt very comfortable, we also took the short walk to the river for a quick swim and we went out to explore Harper's Ferry and Shepherdstown which were both an easy drive away (maybe 10 -20 minutes from the cabin depending). Hosts were gracious and very quickly responsive when we had a question. Would highly recommend this cabin!”

“The property was great for relaxing, touring local history and enjoying the recreation on the Potomac River and bike trail. We had a slight issue with the water heater, called the property contact and the problem was fixed within the hour. Excellent service and great stay. We would stay again. ”

“We spent Easter weekend at Sunny Streams with our daughter’s family and really enjoyed this charming and comfortable house. Each couple had their own floor with TV rooms and baths. The kids (3 and 8) loved their bunkbeds, and spend a good amount of time in the well-maintained “hotpool”. We were close to Harper’s Ferry, but it was way too buggy for us to stay long. Enjoyed exploring Antietam, and returning to watch the sunset with drinks on the front deck. Tons of games available for the……

“Our stay was great and really enjoyed the house. We had so much space to have our own time and then still be able to come together for meals and hanging in the hot tub. We now want to come back in the winter and go to the sledding hill right in front of the house! ”

“We had a great peaceful trip in WV and the Riverkeeper was a big part of it. We appreciated their hospitality and location right next to the river. And Shepherds town.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the property. The home is very charming and the pool is great. The location was also really nice. Close to wineries and hiking. Two points of feedback are that the dishes were visibly dirty upon arrival and all of the mattresses need to be replaced. Everyone in the group slept poorly and noted that the mattresses were uncomfortable. The master bedroom should likely also have a larger bed.”

“The cabin was adorable. It had a lot of charm, beautiful decor and a very comfortable bed. The town is quaint and cute. It rained, so we couldn’t use the fire pit but it was a nice touch. I would recommend adding a hot tub and some new towels would have been nice for the price. Listing exactly as described though! Just my personal recommendation for a 5 star review.”

“The welcome feeling started with making the reservation. Jay got in touch quickly with a confirmation and all the information needed to access the property. When we arrived the property and house were very welcoming. The house was immaculate. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the back patio ”

“What a spot on the Potomac! Perfect base for exploration! We visited family in Charles Town. Went to Harper's Ferry a couple times, Antietam, Sharpsburg and Shepherdstown. American history at every turn. My boys catfished during the night. We loved it and the summer heat could only make it better..”

“The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools.”
