“Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. ”

“We have enjoyed staying at Back Pond Cottage several times, and it continues to provide a wonderful setting for our multi-generational family of ten to be together while enjoying the beauty of Green Lake. JoEllen's lovely home is very clean, comfortable and welcoming.
