“Information de check-in reçue tardivement, je n'ai pu accéder à l'appartement qu'à 20h40, tout se fait en ligne, ou via whatsapp et encore il a finalement fallu que j'appel une hotline à l'autre bout du pays. Aucun contact sur place. Si vous n'avez pas internet à l'étranger, pas de chance :(

"剛好飯店在火車站對面左邊..拉行李.3分鐘就到了.街道乾淨..到景點區/聖母堂.溫茲格宮等.王宮..只要搭電車7號.約10分鐘內可到達景點區/溫茲格宮.歌劇院.王宮很方便..因為「電車站」.就在門前方向..所以偶爾會聽到「電車」駛過.但不會吵..沒有汽車經過..晚上9點後人較少..可能因為冬天遊客少了點..很安靜
櫃檯人員熱心告知要搭的電車.也可寄放行李
16坪空間適合..有床燈.桌燈.沒有天花板電燈.有點小暗..但無妨礙"

Excellent Location, needs more communication
"The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment.
I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have taken advantage of it during my stay. The lack of communication led to a feeling of disappointment upon discovering this feature on my final night.
Overall, the hotel's strengths lie in its convenient location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the hotel management should focus on improving their communication with guests to ensure they are aware of all the benefits the hotel has to offer."
