We travelled in from Toronto for a golf event at Mill River and this peaceful, wonderful location was truly perfect!”

“The facilities were clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the campfire, use the barbecue, sat inside in the screened in tent/ gazebo The only challenge was that the road sign was missing. We definitely recommend this as a vacation location”

This beautiful farmhouse has an interesting history which is provided in a write up hanging on the wall. The house has been updated over the years to provide modern conveniences, yet it retains the charm and heritage of the original home. We really appreciated the beach chairs and other “extras” available for our use! It is a bit of a drive to the popular tourist spots, but we always enjoyed the scenery along the way! “We spent a wonderful week on Kildare Capes. The beach at the location was fabulous and the house was all we expected. Hosted a couple of big meals for relatives from the Island (lots of room at the house!). Perfect property for the 6 adults we had staying there! Great location near Alberton, Tignish and the north end of the Island.”

The cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need, from an outside grill to an ice maker and air fryer. The view was spectacular and the area provided quiet and scenic country roads suitable for walking. The hosts were approachable, friendly and accommodating.
