“Extremely disappointing experience.From the beginning, communication was poor and frustrating, we had to resubmit the same paperwork multiple times, and there were repeated requests for additional or duplicate payment. It was clear the property is managed by an offshore company, which made resolving even simple issues incredibly difficult.After hours on the phone just to gain access to the house, we arrived to find blocked drains and sewage overflowing — an absolutely unacceptable condition for……

“The property was clean inside and outside. It was very comfortable and suited our needs. The host was easy to contact and was very keen to make sure everything was right. ”

“Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back.”
