“Had the last minute booking with booking issue on the number of guests, thankfully the property management team assisted us on letting us to stay and resolving it. A pleasant stay and especially the highlight of the duo purposes of the air-condition/heater in the room”

“This is 4 time I have used this brand of hotel and the second time this hotel. The room is small for two adults. At this time travel we had a problem with the AC but they sent technicians to fix it, then we leaked the AC and the TV didn't work so we could not watch TV. ”

“Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside). We stayed over a Shabbat and holiday and it seems the religious……

Due consigli: la pulizia è prevista ogni 3 giorni, non consiglio giornaliera ma magari ogni 2 giorni sarebbe ottimo, noi siamo arrivati il giovedì sera e fino alla domenica, che era il giorno del check out, la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Sarebbe cosa carina inoltre avere a disposizione della struttura……

“Th location is great, there are two buildings that are being built and there is some noise during the day and also some dust on the balcony. The apartment is great, comfortable, modern and located in a walkable location to the beach”
