“Planned a 'surprise' 60th Birthday weekend for my wife.....friends and family convening from the SEast. Ice storm from previous few days hampered our ability to use the driveway. Gig was fantastic host as he got all of the guests to the cabin via the back pasture.Property was spacious and accommodating....with spectacular views. For a cold weekend, the indoor & outdoor 'wood-burning' fireplaces were well used. Gig's cabin is great for large (or small) groups....plenty of room for evryone!”

“We had a great short stay over the Christmas holiday. Despite less than desirable weather, we had fun in the property. It was decorated for the holiday and well equipped for all our needs. It is close to the road and in good proximity to several charming towns for shopping and dining. We enjoyed the nearby waterfall and the scenery it provided. Property manager was great at communicating with us. All in all, a great stay!”

“Had a great stay with the pups close to the state park and surrounding hikes and ORV roads. House was clean and well supplied kitchen for cooking and basic cleaning supplies. Nice private and quiet setting. ”

“Bear Creek is very inviting, well stocked and comfy. The back porch is amazing for morning coffee and the fire pit is perfect to end the night with a cocktail. Exactly what we needed to visit with dear friends, relax and reset after a few crazy months.”

“Nice home with lots of room to spread out - large sunroom with TV, beautiful screened porch with comfortable seating and TV, and adequate living room for a small group. Dining table seats eight. Upstairs there are two large bunk rooms and a king bedroom but only one bathroom. Nice dock and porch for watching sunset. Enjoyed the fire pit.”

“Our family stayed here for a week during the holidays, and it was just exactly what we were hoping for: a peaceful, relaxing getaway at a nice cabin in the mountains. The cabin had plenty of room for the four of us, and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful (even better than the photos), and it was so nice to wake up to that view each morning. The trail hikes were a great way to get out, get a little exercise, and soak up the scenery without……
