“A fantastic place to stay. My elderly parents required an ensuite and this fitted the bill perfectly. Fresh flowers greeted us on the fining table. Great selection of leaflets showing you things to do in the west coast of Ireland. Would highly reccomend a visit to Parkes Castle followed by a boat ride on Lough Gill stopping at Dooley Park https://roseofinnisfree.com/ . One suggestion for the owners is to provide instructions on the use of appliances particularly those appliances that are unique to Europe e.g. the combination washer- dryer, hot water heater in the shower etc. we figured it out eventually but a how to booklet would have been helpful.”

“Perfect location for several nights as homebase for sightseeing daytrips. Cozy and great amenities, although 6 adults might be tight; 4 was comfortable (we used third bedroom for our luggage). Beautiful, tranquil setting. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels; plenty of cookware and utensils; plenty of refrigerator space; easy check-in and operation instructions. Notes: 1) Listed as 2 bathrooms on Expedia, but to clarify, it is 1 toilet room w/sink, 1 shower room w/sink; 2) Some complimentary items……

“Ballydevitt is a lovely cottage. As three adults, we had our own space and great space to spend time together after a day of exploring the area. They left thorough, yet easy to understand directions on how to use the house (hot water, heat etc.) We want to go back.”
