“Good clean place.Nice restaurants with good food.Nice buffet breakfast but could be improved by adding more continental food items like scrambled eggs,boiled eggs,bacon.But overall not bad.Staff communication in english is below par.”

“Generally, this stay of 6 days became more comfortable as we asked for things that were missing. The property is very run down, and. does not match the photos on Expedia. The complimentary breakfast in the front of the menu turned out not to apply to us. Breakfast. coffee /tea pot was not enough for two people. The shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes not. Taxi drivers etc found this property difficult to locate.”

“The rooms felt very stuffy, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. Despite adjusting the air conditioning and opening the windows (where possible), the air remained stale and uncomfortable. This lack of ventilation not only affected the air quality but also made the room feel claustrophobic.”

“Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language. The guys were on it……
