Academy Apartments is situated in a quiet, elevated position in the town of Rothesay, yet it is still within walking distance of the ferry terminal, town centre and local attractions.
Your holiday flat is one of six in a converted former manse building. The main living room is bright and spacious and is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. The room offers stunning unrestricted views across Rothesay Bay and beyond to Loch Striven.
The apartment is ideal for friends, couples or families.

Amazing views
This apartment was ideal for our 3 night stay while we walked the West Island Way. Comfortable, bright and cosy, with everything we needed for our stay. Fabulous view over Rothesay, the ferry terminal and beyond. Definitely worth the short steep walk up the hill to get there. Would happily return.

Fabulous views!
We all enjoyed our relaxing three night stay in this lovely apartment. The views from the large windows are wonderful and the location is perfect - quiet yet close to ferry, shops, eateries etc. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were sorry to leave & hope to return.
