With three bedrooms and one bathroom, Edgewater Escape comfortably sleeps up to six adults. There's also a fold out sofa in the lounge (which can be closed off) suitable for an additional 1-2 guests.

Enjoy lake views from almost every room and alfresco dining on the expansive deck. Kids will love the big back yard which leads straight to the lake! You have your own private jetty complete with kayaks for lake explorations. There's a scenic walking trail nearby as well as the Waititi Stream - one of the best trout fishing spots in the world!
For those needing to stay connected, there is complimentary high speed internet (unlimited), as well as a smart TV. Fresh commercial linen is provided and there is off street parking for 3 cars.
Heating is no issue in winter, with a cosy fireplace, HRV, and two heat pumps. In summer, the air conditioning, fans (and regular dips in the lake!) will help cool you down.

The Ngongotaha village is a short 2 minute drive away for a range of convenience stores.
The property manager is always available if there are any questions guests may have.
Located in a quiet residential area, Edgewater Escape is only 15 minutes from the heart of Rotorua city and 20 minutes from the airport. The nearby Ngongotaha Village is only a few minutes drive away, with convenience stores, a quaint cafe, playgrounds and a small supermarket. A beautiful lakeside pathway also leads here if you fancy walking.
There is a bus stop on the street and Rotorua also has Ubers and taxi services.
An array of attractions are all within a 20 minute drive - including geothermal sites and hot mineral spas, the gondola, luge and Zorb, native forest canopy tours, the Agrodome and lion park, the Redwood Forest tree top walks and world class mountain biking trails, markets, cafes and eateries, just to name a few!
There is a bus stop on the street, which goes into the heart of Rotorua city.
Taxi and Uber services are also readily available in Rotorua.
