A ten minute walk to the Scarborough shops, community pool, restaurants, beach, and Thursday night "Sunset Market" (music, food trucks, and great vibe by the beach). Martine is very responsive to any inquiries. My husband and I are repeat customers! ”

The apartment was welcoming and matched photos. Great view. . Neighbourhood not my vibe. Stairs difficult if you have an injury. Lift not on every floor. Secure parking was a bonus. It would have been a difficult stay without the help of owner. Other Stayz Customers were also lost and unable to navigate their checkin. ”

“I had a great stay at the studio. When I entered the studio soft music and atmospheric light welcomed me, a warm welcome! The studio is practical and comfortable. The studio is located in a quiet part of the Subiaco district. The city center of Perth can be reached in just 15 minutes by public transport. Although we didn't meet in person, communication with the host was excellent. I appreciated that the studio offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city. In my opinion, the studio is……

“Had a 4 night stay in May, we found the apartment to have everything we needed. It was very clean, decently equipped kitchen, and after a couple of weeks travelling a bonus having a washing machine. The location was excellent - easy walk to beach and cafes and also into Cottesloe. Our car was a bit too big for the underground car park but plenty of free parking on the street right outside. It’s worth mentioning that there is no lift, so a couple of flights of stairs to negotiate. Also AC in……

“Exactly the right place for our plans. Those who don‘t just want to sit in the car can reach everything on foot. Rottnest can be seen and quickly reached. The train station is not to far away. You can easily get around using public transport. Quick communication. All in all, recommended. ”
