“The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. “Das Haus ist wie beschrieben klein und auf 2 Ebenen. Wir waren zu 5 da und haben mit unseren kleinen Kindern nur den oberen Stock genutzt. Tiny-House-feeling! Es hat alles, was es braucht, der Bus fährt fast direkt vor der Tür ab. Das Skigebiet ist gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist etwas älter und mich Charme. Die Kommunikation war zuverlässig und wir bekamen alle nötigen Informationen. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir die Betten selber beziehen und es gab nur eine winzig kleines Päckchen an Spülmittel,……

“Very nice 1 bedroom, 6th floor apartment. Clean, comfortable with a good kitchen. Very nice balcony (in warmer weather). Parking can be difficult but I managed to find safe & legal parking within 3 minutes walk of the building. The owner, Suzy, was very helpful and is very knowledgeable about all things Montreux”

“Great property for accessing all the activities we wanted to do - walking, hiking, cable cars, riding, free buses stop outside. Local restaurants and bars are very good. Easy walk form Montana to Crans. Spectacular scenic view from the balcony. useful information given by the host, re arrival and check in information. Also info on The Explorer Card available to visitors - great for the cable cars. Hope we can visit again! ”

“Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?”

“Clean, efficient, utilitarian, well-equipped. While it does not have a "personal touch," it is not endeavoring to offer that. It does the job well as a convenient, reliable place to stay that is well cared for and streamlined. Would definitely stay here again.”

“A spacious chalet overlooking Montreux and Lake Geneva. A truly stunning view. The chalet was very clean and extremely well equipped. Mr and Mrs Minka have thought of everything. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the sauna where we never got bored of the views. The dining hut was fabulous and we used the fondue and the raclette which were very enjoyable. We loved the free cog mountain train to Montreux and used this many times. We had a great first visit to Switzerland and would thoroughly……
