“This was a great place for my family of four to stay for our spring break trip to Hot Springs. The house was very comfortable and clean. The screened-in porch was very serene. Also very well stocked with soap, toilet paper, coffee and snacks. We highly recommend staying here!”

“The property and house are stunning, clean, well stocked, and beautifully furnished! We were so happy to have stayed here, and hope to visit again in the future. The creek with all the natural quartz was stunning too! It gives off the feeling of a cabin in the woods, which is so serene. We absolutely loved it!”

“Tile floors dusty, dirty, grass, food crumbs. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms had 1/4 inch grime and dust. 2 bedrooms had substandard windows coverings. Front and back yards were unkempt. Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. ”

“Staying in Hot Springs Village is always a treat. This was my 2nd time staying in the village but the 1st time staying at this particular house. It was easy to get checked into the village with the parking pass. This property is closer to the East Gate which does shut down late at night, but that was no problem for us. I stayed here with friends, and we were attending a sporting event nearby. We like to stay in a house so that we can cook our own meals. This property is a beautiful 3 bedroom……

“My husband and I took our two sons and their families to Hot Springs Ar and had a wonderful time, the house was well stocked, very comfortable and roomy. It is very steep down to the water. Great getaway!!!! Katherine was our contact person with Evole, she was amazing!!!! Don’t lock the inside door to the parking garage if you place to leave a car parked in the inside parking garage, it locks from inside the parking garage!!”

“We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place.”
